A typical home inspection will take between 2-3 hours depending on the age, size, features, and condition of the property. We recommend you plan to arrive toward the end of the appointment as we will provide a verbal overview of the inspection, hitting on any points of interest. INSPECTIONS
Warranty inspections are performed during the 10th to 11th month of your one-year Builder’s Warranty. The inspection will be performed to verify that proper building techniques were used and that the various components of the home were properly installed and operating sufficiently. You will be given a comprehensive electronic report at the end of the inspection along with digital photos to identify conditions that may be covered for repairs under the builder’s warranty.
